C\u00e2nd presiunea real\u0103 din galeria de admisie \u2014 m\u0103surat\u0103 de senzorul MAP \u2014 deviaz\u0103 de la harta de presiune \u021bint\u0103 programat\u0103 \u00een software, ECU stocheaz\u0103 codurile <strong>P0299<\/strong> (<em>Underboost<\/em>) sau <strong>P0234<\/strong> (<em>Overboost<\/em>). \u00cen majoritatea cazurilor, ambele erori duc la limitarea performan\u021belor motorului (<em>Limp Mode<\/em>) pentru a proteja componentele interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Cod Eroare P0299 \u2013 Turbocharger \/ Supercharger &#8220;A&#8221; Underboost Condition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semnifica\u021bie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codul <strong>P0299<\/strong> indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 modulul ECU a detectat o presiune \u00een galeria de admisie <strong>mai mic\u0103<\/strong> dec\u00e2t valoarea teoretic\u0103 solicitat\u0103 pentru starea curent\u0103 de sarcina \u0219i tura\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum monitorizeaz\u0103 ECU acest cod?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ECU compar\u0103 \u00een timp real parametrul <em>Desired Boost Pressure<\/em> (Presiune \u021bint\u0103) cu <em>Actual Boost Pressure<\/em> (Presiune m\u0103surat\u0103). Dac\u0103 presiunea m\u0103surat\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2ne sub pragul minim admis pentru mai mult de un interval stabilit de secunde (de obicei 3-5 secunde \u00een sarcin\u0103), se activeaz\u0103 codul P0299.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptome<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intrarea motorului \u00een modul de avarie (<em>Limp Mode<\/em>) \u2013 pierdere brusc\u0103 de putere;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u0103spuns lent al pedalei de accelera\u021bie (lag masiv);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fum negru pe evacuare \u00een sarcina plin\u0103 (amestec prea bogat din cauza lipsei de aer);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0218uierat sau zgomot de aer sub capot\u0103 \u00een accelerare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cauze Posibile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pierderi de presiune pe traseul de admisie:<\/strong> Furtun de intercooler cr\u0103pat, intercooler spart de la pietre sau coliere sl\u0103bite;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geometrie variabil\u0103 (VNT) blocat\u0103 pe deschis:<\/strong> Paletele turbinei r\u0103m\u00e2n deschise, nepermi\u021b\u00e2nd crearea presiunii la tura\u021bii joase\/medii;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pierdere de vacuum \/ Actuator defect:<\/strong> Membran\u0103 spart\u0103 la actuatorul pneumato-vacuumatic sau motoras electronic cu angrenaj uzat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supap\u0103 de comand\u0103 N75 defect\u0103:<\/strong> Supapa solenoid nu mai transmite vacuumul necesar c\u0103tre actuator;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Senzor presiune admisie (MAP) colmatat:<\/strong> Orificiul senzorului este acoperit de calamin\u0103 \u0219i ulei, raport\u00e2nd o presiune fals mic\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uzur\u0103 mecanic\u0103 turbo:<\/strong> Joc axial\/radial excesiv \u00een palete, ax gripat sau turbin\u0103 uzat\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cod Eroare P0234 \u2013 Turbocharger \/ Supercharger &#8220;A&#8221; Overboost Condition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semnifica\u021bie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codul <strong>P0234<\/strong> indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 presiunea furnizat\u0103 de turbosuflant\u0103 a <strong>dep\u0103\u0219it limita maxim\u0103 de siguran\u021b\u0103<\/strong> stabilit\u0103 de produc\u0103tor. Este un cod mai periculos dec\u00e2t P0299, deoarece suprapresiunea necontrolat\u0103 poate distruge turbina, intercoolerul sau chiar garnitura de chiulas\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum monitorizeaz\u0103 ECU acest cod?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2nd motorul este \u00een sarcin\u0103, ECU comand\u0103 deschiderea geometriei pentru a elibera excesul de presiune. Dac\u0103 senzorul MAP cite\u0219te o valoare care dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te pragul critic (ex: peste 2.5 &#8211; 2.8 bari absolu\u021bi la un motor stock) pe o durat\u0103 prestabilit\u0103, ECU taie alimentarea cu combustibil pentru a preveni avaria mecanic\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptome<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>T\u0103iere brusc\u0103 \u0219i violent\u0103 a accelera\u021biei la viteze mari sau \u00een dep\u0103\u0219iri (ma\u0219ina \u201ed\u0103 \u00een nas\u201d);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resetare temporar\u0103 a puterii dup\u0103 oprirea \u0219i repornirea motorului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zgomot puternic de presiune eliberat\u0103 brusc c\u00e2nd se ia piciorul din accelera\u021bie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Martor <em>Check Engine<\/em> aprins \u00een bord.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cauze Posibile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Geometrie variabil\u0103 (VNT) blocat\u0103 pe \u00eenchis:<\/strong> Depunerile masive de calamin\u0103\/funingine blocheaz\u0103 paletele \u00een pozi\u021bia de presiune maxim\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actuator electronic\/vacuumatic decalibrat:<\/strong> Tija actuatorului a fost reglat\u0103 incorect sau modulul electronic s-a defectat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Furtun de vacuum deconectat sau fisurat:<\/strong> La sistemele care folosesc vacuum pentru deschiderea geometriei, pierderea vacuumului poate men\u021bine presiunea sus (\u00een func\u021bie de arhitectura VNT);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Electrosupap\u0103 N75 blocat\u0103 mecanic:<\/strong> Supapa r\u0103m\u00e2ne blocat\u0103 pe pozi\u021bia de livrare vacuum maxim;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Senzor MAP defect\/decalibrat:<\/strong> Raporteaz\u0103 eronat presiuni ridicate de\u0219i fizic presiunea este \u00een parametri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ghid Rapid de Diagnosticare pentru P0299 \u0219i P0234<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Testul de presiune cu fum (Smoke Test):<\/strong> \u00cen cazul codului <strong>P0299<\/strong>, primul pas obligatoriu este verificarea etan\u0219eit\u0103\u021bii traseului de admisie (de la turbo p\u00e2n\u0103 la galeria de admisie) cu aparat de fum sub presiune.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Testul de mi\u0219care al geometriei (VNT Actuator Test):<\/strong> Se efectueaz\u0103 din tester (<em>Actuator Test<\/em>) sau cu o pomp\u0103 manual\u0103 de vacuum (<em>Mityvac<\/em>). Tija geometriei trebuie s\u0103 aib\u0103 o curs\u0103 lin\u0103 de 10-15 mm, f\u0103r\u0103 ag\u0103\u021b\u0103ri sau puncte dure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verificare valori senzor MAP cu motorul oprit:<\/strong> Cu contactul pus \u0219i motorul oprit, senzorul MAP trebuie s\u0103 arate presiunea atmosferic\u0103 local\u0103 (aprox. 1000 mbar \/ 1 bar).
