C\u00e2nd pe testerul de diagnoz\u0103 apar codurile <strong>P2002<\/strong>, <strong>P242F<\/strong> sau <strong>P2458<\/strong>, mul\u021bi conduc\u0103tori auto se g\u00e2ndesc direct la \u00eenlocuirea sau anularea filtrului. \u00cen realitate, aceste coduri indic\u0103 stadii diferite ale acumul\u0103rii de funingine\/cenu\u0219\u0103 sau erori \u00een procesul de regenerare, iar cauza r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103 este adesea extern\u0103 filtrului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mai jos g\u0103si\u021bi ghidul tehnic detaliat pentru \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i diagnosticarea corect\u0103 a acestor trei coduri de eroare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Cod Eroare P2002 \u2013 Diesel Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semnifica\u021bie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codul <strong>P2002<\/strong> indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 modulul de comand\u0103 al motorului (ECU) a detectat o eficien\u021b\u0103 a filtrului de particule sub pragul minim admis conform modelului matematic de calcul. Mai simplu: gazele trec prin filtru f\u0103r\u0103 ca diferen\u021ba de presiune sau temperatura s\u0103 corespund\u0103 parametrilor a\u0219tepta\u021bi, sau filtrul nu reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103 re\u021bin\u0103 funinginea la nivelul proiectat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum monitorizeaz\u0103 ECU acest cod?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ECU compar\u0103 citirile de la <strong>senzorul de presiune diferen\u021bial\u0103 (DPS)<\/strong> \u0219i senzorii de temperatur\u0103 gaze de evacuare (EGT) cu un debit teoretic de gaze calculat \u00een func\u021bie de tura\u021bie, cantitatea injectat\u0103 \u0219i debitul de aer (MAF). Dac\u0103 raportul dintre presiunea calculat\u0103 \u0219i cea m\u0103surat\u0103 indic\u0103 o trecere prea u\u0219oar\u0103 sau o \u00eenc\u0103rcare neconform\u0103, se declan\u0219eaz\u0103 P2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptome<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Martorul <em>Check Engine<\/em> (MIL) aprins \u00een bord;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posibil\u0103 intrare \u00een modul de avarie (<em>Limp Mode<\/em>) \u2013 putere redus\u0103;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trecerea motorului \u00eentr-un regim care blocheaz\u0103 regener\u0103rile automate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cauze Posibile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Senzor de presiune diferen\u021bial\u0103 decalibrat<\/strong> sau furtunuri de presiune deteriorate\/\u00eenfundate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fisuri microscopice sau cr\u0103p\u0103turi \u00een fagurele ceramic<\/strong> al DPF-ului (filtrul este spart intern);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sc\u0103p\u0103ri de gaze de evacuare \u00eenainte de DPF (garnituri arse, racord flexibil fisurat);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modific\u0103ri de soft (remapping\/chiptuning necorespunz\u0103tor) care genereaz\u0103 exces de funingine;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Probleme la sistemul de admisie (pierderi presiune pe tubulatura de intercooler, supap\u0103 EGR blocat\u0103 pe deschis).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosticare &amp; Reparare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verificare fizic\u0103 \u0219i citiri \u00een timp real:<\/strong> Se verific\u0103 presiunea diferen\u021bial\u0103 la relanti \u0219i \u00een sarcin\u0103 plin\u0103 (3-5 mbar la relanti; sub 60-80 mbar \u00een sarcin\u0103 pentru un filtru s\u0103n\u0103tos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspec\u021bie evacuare:<\/strong> Se verific\u0103 dac\u0103 evacuarea prezint\u0103 urme de funingine pe tob\u0103 (semn clar c\u0103 filtrul ceramic este spart).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verificarea senzorului DPS:<\/strong> Se inspecteaz\u0103 furtunurile de conectare de la DPF la senzor \u0219i aliment\u0103rile electrice ale senzorului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actualizare Software (TSB):<\/strong> La anumite m\u0103rci (ex. Spre deosebire de funingine (<em>Soot<\/em>), care este un reziduu de ardere ce se elimin\u0103 prin regenerare termic\u0103 (la 600\u00b0C), cenu\u0219a este un reziduu mineral incombustibil (provenit din aditivii uleiului de motor \u0219i uzura metalic\u0103) care se acumuleaz\u0103 definitiv \u00een canalele filtrului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum monitorizeaz\u0103 ECU acest cod?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ECU calculeaz\u0103 valoarea <em>Ash Mass<\/em> pe baza num\u0103rului de kilometri parcur\u0219i, a consumului de combustibil \u0219i a istoricului de regener\u0103ri. C\u00e2nd contorul intern atinge limita maxim\u0103 programat\u0103 \u00een soft (de exemplu 60g &#8211; 80g \u00een func\u021bie de capacitatea cilindric\u0103), se stocheaz\u0103 P242F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptome<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Becul de DPF \u0219i <em>Check Engine<\/em> aprinse;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regener\u0103rile devin foarte frecvente (la fiecare 50\u2013100 km);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00centreruperea complet\u0103 a regener\u0103rilor automate din cauza nivelului critic de \u00eenc\u0103rcare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cre\u0219terea nivelului de ulei din baie (dilu\u021bie cu motorin\u0103).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cauze Posibile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rulaj ridicat al vehiculului<\/strong> (filtrul a ajuns la finalul duratei de via\u021b\u0103 proiectate);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizarea unui <strong>ulei de motor necorespunz\u0103tor<\/strong> (f\u0103r\u0103 specifica\u021bie <em>Low SAPS<\/em>, ex: ACEA C3\/C4);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uzur\u0103 la segmenti sau la ghidurile de supape (consum excesiv de ulei ars \u00een cilindri);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reset\u0103ri repetate necorespunz\u0103toare ale contorului DPF din tester f\u0103r\u0103 cur\u0103\u021bare fizic\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosticare &amp; Reparare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verificare contra-presiune:<\/strong> Dac\u0103 presiunea diferen\u021bial\u0103 este mare chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 o regenerare reu\u0219it\u0103, filtrul este colmatat cu cenu\u0219\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cur\u0103\u021bare profesional\u0103 DPF:<\/strong> Cur\u0103\u021barea pe banc specializat (sp\u0103lare \u00een mediu lichid cu uscare controlat\u0103) pentru eliminarea cenu\u0219ii minerale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resetare parametri din ECU:<\/strong> Dup\u0103 cur\u0103\u021barea fizic\u0103 sau \u00eenlocuirea filtrului, este obligatorie resetarea valorii <em>Ash Mass<\/em> \/ \u00eenlocuire DPF \u00een software-ul ma\u0219inii.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Schimb ulei:<\/strong> \u00cenlocuirea uleiului degradat \u0219i folosirea exclusiv\u0103 a formulelor <em>Low SAPS<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cod Eroare P2458 \u2013 Diesel Particulate Filter Regeneration Duration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Semnifica\u021bie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Codul <strong>P2458<\/strong> indic\u0103 faptul c\u0103 procesul de regenerare a filtrului de particule a dep\u0103\u0219it timpul maxim alocat de ECU sau a fost \u00eentrerupt de prea multe ori consecutiv f\u0103r\u0103 a finaliza arderea funinginii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum monitorizeaz\u0103 ECU acest cod?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00e2nd ECU ini\u021biaz\u0103 o regenerare activ\u0103 (modific\u0103 avansul injec\u021biei, activeaz\u0103 consumatori pentru a cre\u0219te sarcina motorului \u0219i injecteaz\u0103 motorin\u0103 pe evacuare), el porne\u0219te un temporizator intern. Dac\u0103 dup\u0103 un interval prestabilit (de regul\u0103 20\u201330 de minute) temperatura nu ajunge la pragul necesar (550\u2013650\u00b0C) sau presiunea diferen\u021bial\u0103 nu scade sub valoarea \u021bint\u0103, procesul este marcat ca e\u0219uat \u0219i se genereaz\u0103 P2458.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Simptome<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Martor DPF \/ motor aprins;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ventilatorul de r\u0103cire func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la tura\u021bie maxim\u0103 chiar \u0219i dup\u0103 oprirea motorului;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consum ridicat de combustibil la relanti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Miros \u00een\u021bep\u0103tor de motorin\u0103 nears\u0103 la evacuare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cauze Posibile<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trasee scurte \u00een ora\u0219:<\/strong> Oprirea motorului \u00een timpul desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii procesului de regenerare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Senzor de temperatur\u0103 gaze (EGT) defect:<\/strong> ECU nu poate confirma c\u0103 filtrul a atins 600\u00b0C;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Termostat blocat pe deschis:<\/strong> Motorul nu atinge temperatura optim\u0103 de lucru (85\u201390\u00b0C), condi\u021bie obligatorie pentru regenerare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nivel sc\u0103zut de combustibil:<\/strong> Regenerarea nu porne\u0219te dac\u0103 rezervorul are sub 1\/4 (25%) din capacitate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Injectoare uzate:<\/strong> Pulverizarea incorect\u0103 nu permite atingerea temperaturilor \u00eenalte pe evacuare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diagnosticare &amp; Reparare<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Analiz\u0103 condi\u021bii de mediu (Freeze Frame Data):<\/strong> Se verific\u0103 de c\u00e2te ori a fost \u00eentrerupt\u0103 regenerarea \u0219i care a fost temperatura maxim\u0103 atins\u0103 pe senzorii EGT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verificare termostat \u0219i senzori:<\/strong> Se monitorizeaz\u0103 temperatura lichidului de r\u0103cire \u0219i senzorii de evacuare \u00een mers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regenerare for\u021bat\u0103 \u00een mers (Drive Cycle):<\/strong> Dac\u0103 nivelul de funingine nu dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te limita de siguran\u021b\u0103, se ini\u021biaz\u0103 o regenerare din tester pe autostrad\u0103, men\u021bin\u00e2nd tura\u021bia la 2000\u20132500 RPM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remedierea defec\u021biunilor conexe:<\/strong> \u00cenlocuirea termostatului sau a senzorilor EGT defecte \u00eenainte de re\u00eencercarea procesului.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ghid de Prevenire a Problemelor DPF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conduce\u021bi periodic la drum lung:<\/strong> Cel pu\u021bin o dat\u0103 la 300\u2013500 km parcur\u0219i \u00een ora\u0219, efectua\u021bi un traseu extraurban de 20\u201330 de minute la o tura\u021bie constant\u0103 peste 2000 RPM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Folosi\u021bi ulei Low SAPS:<\/strong> Utiliza\u021bi doar uleiuri ce respect\u0103 normele produc\u0103torului pentru ma\u0219ini cu DPF (ACEA C1, C2, C3, C4, C5 etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nu ignora\u021bi martorii din bord:<\/strong> Un injector uzat, o bujie incandescent\u0103 ars\u0103 (folosit\u0103 la post-injec\u021bie pe unele modele) sau o scurgere pe admisie vor colmata filtrul \u00een c\u00e2teva sute de kilometri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Men\u021bine\u021bi combustibilul peste nivelul de rezerv\u0103:<\/strong> Evita\u021bi s\u0103 rula\u021bi frecvent cu becul de combustibil aprins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not\u0103 tehnic\u0103 :<\/strong><em> <\/em><em>Solu\u021bia corect\u0103 pentru remedierea problemelor DPF const\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna \u00een identificarea cauzei primare.
